Information you choose to share

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, brand and optional project details. When you prepare an email inquiry, your details stay in the page. Opening an email draft passes them to your email app; the inquiry is sent only when you send that email.

If the form offers direct submission, sending it transmits your inquiry to the agency’s dashboard CRM, where it is recorded for follow-up. Notifications go to popup@popupagency.co and Marcus@popupagency.co so the team can respond and discuss your project. Optional meeting preferences include your time zone and the windows you choose to share.

Your working store brief

The opening-brief tool asks about your project without requiring contact details. Downloading saves a text copy. Choosing to include the brief in an inquiry includes those project choices in the contact-page link, which may appear in your browser history. You can edit the details before preparing or sending an inquiry.

How we use an inquiry

We use the details you provide to respond, understand your retail plans and continue the project conversation. Requesting information does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Campaign context

If you arrive through a campaign link, this site temporarily stores its source, medium, campaign and content labels in your browser’s session storage. It can also record a recognized search or AI service as the referring site when your browser supplies that information. Referring-page paths, queries and conversation details are discarded. Those labels can accompany a direct form submission to help us understand how you found us. They are not added to an email draft. This site does not load third-party advertising trackers.
